Effy Jewelry stands by the quality and craftsmanship of each product we manufacture. That's why we offer our customers a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Warranty Details
We agree to repair any item which we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse, loss (including loss of center stones, or any diamond above 0.09ct in size), theft, or any lost pushback or screwback. Repair, sizing or service performed by anyone other than Effy Jewelry or an Effy Jewelry authorized jeweler, will immediately void the warranty.
Not all sizing and alteration services are covered under the limited warranty. Please ensure any item being sent for repair is stamped "EFFY" or "BH". A copy of the original receipt, or the original tag, is required to perform any services.
How To Register
If you have not previously registered your piece, you can register your Effy purchase online by clicking the link below and completing the Certificate of Authenticity form. Once you have submitted the form, your purchase will be registered, and a certificate will be emailed to you. Please fill out all required fields, and before you submit, click on "Item Locate" to make sure your entry matches the item you have purchased.
